Whole Body Vibration Testing Whole-body vibration (WBV) is transmitted through the seat or feet of employees who drive mobile machines, or other work vehicles, over rough and uneven surfaces as a main part of their job. Large shocks and jolts may cause health risks including back-pain.
We offer a Whole Body Vibration (WBV) testing service for all industries including construction, agriculture, mining and quarrying. Testing equipment and plant vehicles as the operatives use them under real time working conditions can help identify high risk processes.
Using state of the art wireless equipment raw data can be captured over whole shift patterns if required, measurement data is presented in easy to read report format which allows employers to establish if Exposure Action values(EAV) and Exposure Limit Values(ELV) are likely to be exceeded.
Shock Testing Our shock testing laboratory has a unique set of facilities designed to test the robustness and fragility of packaged samples and their packaging. There are several shock machines. Additionally, there is a side impact machine, a compression machine, a precision drop tester and bounce facilities.
